Last year I started the "Through My Lens" series where I posted photos from my personal life every so often. Well, I have been seriously slacking in the photography department for basically all of 2015, and haven't taken many photos until our trip to Maui last week, yikes!
While we were there we came across a hike near Makawao in the Waihou Spring Forest Reserve that made me feel like I had been transported back home to Mount Tamalpais. At the end of the hike when we almost turned back because we thought the trail didn't go anywhere, we were pleasantly surprised to find this awesome fern covered wall full of tiny caves and waterfalls. Nature never ceases to amaze me.
